The explosion-proof thermal cabinet is designed for installation of explosion-proof switching and electronic equipment, and provides protection of the equipment from environmental influences.

Explosion protection marking 1Ex e mb IIC T6...T4 Gb allows using the oven in hazardous areas of class "1" according to GOST R 51330

Heating allows you to use the oven in harsh climatic conditions of the Far North

The explosion-proof heating system is installed and configured at the factory. After connecting the cabinet, the system starts up without any additional settings. The product is equipped with an unregulated heater that meets the explosion protection requirements for products with increased explosion safety and type of protection "m". The heater ensures the working temperature of the air in the product, has a bimetallic switch that limits the surface temperature of the radiator below +100°C

The welded construction of the cabinet provides the necessary rigidity and mechanical strength of the product

Powder polymer coating provides the cabinet with long-term protection against corrosion

The heating cabinet is equipped with a removable mounting plate and a removable cable entry panel

Installation of equipment is carried out directly on the mounting plate or using a DIN rail

When placing the equipment, it is necessary to provide a thermal gap of 50 mm to the heating device

Explosion-proof heating cabinets are supplied in the following modifications:
  • «Spectron-TSh-Exe-300»: 400 х 400 х 200 mm;
  • «Spectron-TSh-Exe-600»: 600 х 600 х 250 mm;
  • «Spectron-TSh-Exe-800»: 600 х 800 х 400 mm.

Temperature operating range from -75 to +60 °С

The following equipment is available for installation:

  • TSh lock - a galvanized steel lock for locking a steel cabinet door;
  • Mounting TS on the wall - kit for mounting cabinets TS on the wall;
  • Mounting TS on a pillar - a set of brackets for mounting TS on round poles with a diameter of 100 to 300 mm, or square poles from 100 to 250 mm; 
  • Floor base-TSh-300 - floor base for installation of TSh-300, TSh-Exe-300;
  • Floor base-TSh-600 - floor base for installation of TSh-600, TSh-V-600, TSh-Exe-600;
  • Floor base-TSh-800 - floor base for installation of TSh-800, TSh-V-800, TSh-Exe-800;
  • SZK-TSh-300 - Canopy to protect the cabinet 300 x 400 x 150 mm from the sun and atmospheric precipitation;
  • SZK-TSh-600 - Canopy to protect the cabinet 600 x 600 x 250 mm from the sun and precipitation;
  • SZK-TSh-800 - Canopy to protect the cabinet 600 x 800 x 400 mm from the sun and precipitation.
