Thermal cabinets for equipment with heating and ventilation Spectron-TSh-V-500/600/800/1200

Designed to protect the switching and electronic equipment installed in the heating cabinet from environmental influences

Heating allows the use of the oven in the harsh climatic conditions of the Far North, and the cooling system in conditions of elevated temperatures in the summer

The automatic ventilation and heating control system maintains the set temperature inside the cabinet (box). After connecting the cabinet, the heating/ventilation system is put into operation without additional settings. A 4A circuit breaker is provided to protect the heating / ventilation system from fire

The welded construction of the cabinet provides the necessary rigidity and mechanical strength of the product

Powder polymer coating provides the cabinet with long-term protection against corrosion

The heating cabinet is equipped with a removable mounting panel and a removable panel for installing cable glands

Mounting of equipment is carried out directly on the mounting plate or using a DIN rail (not included)

When placing the equipment, it is necessary to provide a thermal gap of 50 mm to the heating device

A wide range of oven sizes:
  • «Spectron-TSh-V-500»: 400 х 500 х 250 mm;
  • «Spectron-TSh-V-600»: 600 х 600 х 250 mm;
  • «Spectron-TSh-V-800»: 600 х 800 х 400 mm;
  • «Spectron-TSh-V-1200»: 600 х 1200 х 300 mm

Temperature operating range from -75 to +60 °С
The degree of protection of the shell in accordance with GOST 14254

On request, the heating cabinet is completed with the required number of cable glands.

  • Mounting TS on the wall - kit for mounting cabinets TS on the wall;
  • Mounting TS on a pillar - a set of brackets for mounting TS on round poles with a diameter of 100 to 300 mm, or square poles from 100 to 250 mm; 
  • Floor base-TSh-300 - floor base for installation of TSh-300, TSh-Exe-300;
  • Floor base-TSh-500 - floor base for installation of TSh-500, TSh-V-500;
  • Floor base-TSh-600 - floor base for installation of TSh-600, TSh-V-600, TSh-Exe-600;
  • Floor base-TSh-800 - floor base for installation of TSh-800, TSh-V-800, TSh-Exe-800;
  • Floor base-TSh-1200 - floor base for installation of TSh-1200, TSh-V-1200;
  • SZK-TSh-300 - Canopy to protect the cabinet 300 x 400 x 150 mm from the sun and atmospheric precipitation;
  • SZK-TSh-500 - Canopy for protecting the cabinet 400 x 500 x 250 mm from the sun and precipitation;
  • SZK-TSh-600 - Canopy to protect the cabinet 600 x 600 x 250 mm from the sun and precipitation;
  • SZK-TSh-800 - Canopy to protect the cabinet 600 x 800 x 400 mm from the sun and precipitation;
  • SZK-TSh-1200 - Canopy to protect the cabinet 600 x 1200 x 300 mm from the sun and precipitation.
