Explosion-proof box Spectron-KV-Exd-A-EP refers to stationary devices and is designed to accommodate switching, transmitting, receiving, monitoring, control and other electrical equipment and devices in explosive areas

The box has the highest strength characteristics

A wide range of dimensions of the explosion-proof box body is offered, which allows you to choose a design for the most efficient use of its internal space 

Boxes are produced with insulation and electric heating. Operating temperature is maintained automatically

The lid of the box has a seal around the perimeter and is fastened with galvanized steel pan head bolts with a hexagon socket wrench.

For ease of installation and maintenance, the cover is additionally supported on the body using hinged loops.

The number and location of cable glands is specified when ordering. See table 2 (SPECIFICATIONS tab) for the maximum number of entries for each side of the box. Cable glands are not included in the price of the box, the full price of the product with cable glands is specified when ordering

The box is equipped with a mounting plate for equipment installation

The following equipment is available for installation:

• Spectron-RM-01 - mounting frame for mounting the explosion-proof box Spectron-KV-Exd-A 1000x680x425 in the absence of walls or other building structures;

• Spectron-RM-02 - mounting frame for mounting explosion-proof boxes Spectron-KV-Exd-A 780x690x435, Spectron-KV-Exd-A 780x690x325, Spectron-KV-Exd-N 780x690x435, Spectron-KV-Exd-N 780x690x310 and their modifications with electric heating in the absence of walls or other building structures;

• Spectron-RM-03 - mounting frame for mounting explosion-proof boxes Spectron-KV-Exd-A 630x440x370, Spectron-KV-Exd-A 630x440x270, Spectron-KV-Exd-N 635x465x355, Spectron-KV-Exd-N 635x465x255 and their modifications with electric heating in the absence of walls or other building structures

There are places for grounding connection - on the outer wall, on the inner wall and on the inside of the box cover

The base of the box has 4 mounting lugs for wall mounting (large boxes have 6 mounting lugs). Die-cast aluminum boxes are supplied with lugged steel mounting brackets that attach to the bottom of the box

The warranty period of operation is 18 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 24 months from the date of release by the manufacturer.
